Brian G. Neal

My name is Brian Neal. I am the owner and co-founder of Neal Insurance LLC. My wife Patty and I founded Neal Insurance LLC in 2005 primarily as a crop insurance agency. We felt there was a need to educate farmers on how to better use their crop insurance policies to manage production risk and price volatility. We built our agency on simple principles, educating the farmers and helping them make good decisions to strengthen their operations. We offered a customized approach and committed the time and resources necessary to help our farmers sharpen their skills and improve their knowledge. As time passed, we expanded our offerings to include commercial insurance, farm packages, life insurance and other safe money products. Our goal has remained the same, we educate our clients on the many options that they have to manage and protect their resources. We never lose sight that we are there to provide education and options and ultimately find the right products to meet that end.

Brian J. Neal

My name is BJ Neal. I have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. We have owned and operated our independent agency in the Des Moines metro for that duration as a family-owned business. It has been both a pleasure and an honor to have worked alongside my father for that time. I am from and grew up in Winterset, IA. The birthplace of John Wayne. I am married to the love of my life. We have two wonderful daughters. We also have two dogs and a cat. As a family, we love to travel to national parks and do nature hikes. I also have three brothers. All of us went to Iowa State. Go Cyclones!

My goal is to bring value to people we are working with. We want to make sure our customers are with the best insurance company and product we can offer as an agency. Being an advocate is our most important. Our customers can trust we are going to do what is best for them or do our best trying.

Adam Laffey

Adam was born and raised on a farm in central Iowa where he still is involved to this day. This is where he gained his strong work ethic and the value of faith and family. His close ties to his family and friends have taught him the value of having a strong circle of people for support. It’s this background that has helped shape his belief that having a strong team is the lynchpin to success. With the team of Neal Insurance, we help our clients achieve a wide range of goals and objectives, in a way that is tailored to them.

Adam has been with Neal Insurance for seven years and has been a fiduciary financial advisor for over twelve years. Adam is currently an Investment Advisor Representative with IAMS Wealth Management. He specializes in retirement planning, estate planning, advanced tax strategies, as well as farm and crop insurance. When he is away from the office, you’ll find him working on the family farm or at cattle shows including the Iowa State Fair and county fairs around the state.
